Worried as expected. No issues.
This app is very poor. It takes click after click after click after click after click (well, you get the message) to get anywhere and even when you get there it's not where you want. The app is in no way intuitive, user friendly, or easy to use. It is slow and wonky, cramped and jumbled, and doesn't take advantage of the technology that is available today. Hire some competent professionals!

Downloaded the app and it connected right to the video chat after putting a pin # in. Megan was doing my survey, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly
not well explained
Only hiccup was at the beginning when trying to connect using the access code unsuccessfully. I just closed the app and retried and all was fine. Video/audio call was clear and stable the entire time. I suggest adding a flashlight button to illuminate dark areas like closets. Thanks!
This app didn't work for me. all it constantly did was crash. we gave up and had to do my own video. what a waste of time and effort, but Atlas wants to save money by not sending people out to do a quote
